目的:探讨 PBL 与翻转课堂在中西医结合内科学教学中的实践应用价值。方法:设置实验组和对照组各 300 人, 分别用 PBL 与翻转课堂相结合及传统课堂授课,进行中西医结合内科学的教学。结果:PBL 与翻转课堂相结合教学组的期中、 期末的成绩(包括客观题测试和病例分析题测试)均优于传统课堂授课(P<0.05)。结论:PBL 与翻转课堂相结合在中西医结 合内科学教学中具有实践应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the practical application value of PBL and flipped classroom in the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the teaching of internal medicine. Methods: 300 people were assigned to the experimental group and the control group, and PBL and flipped classroom were used for teaching, respectively, to carry out the teaching of integrated Chinese and western medicine and internal medicine. Results: The mid-term and end-of-period results (including objective test and case analysis test) of the combined teaching group of PBL and flip classroom were superior to those of traditional classroom teaching (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of PBL and flip classroom has practical application value in the teaching of Chinese and western medicine in combination with internal medicine.
