目的：月经病以月经不调为主要症状，生育期的妇女可因月经不调、排卵障碍而导致不孕，针对该病常见临床 症状及相关影响，梳理中医的古代文献，分析和归纳历代医家对月经病相关病症的认识，全面总结其学术思想和临床经验，以 指导临床辨证用药。方法：筛选历代医家诊治上述月经病相关病症的文献，挖掘相关有效数据，并通过频次分析、统计汇总的 方法，研究中医对月经病相关病症治疗观点及特色，分析其学术思想。结果：通过文献，总结出病机与肝脾肾三脏关系密切， 同时以肾虚、脾虚为主，或因痰湿、瘀血等病理产物导致生殖功能紊乱而致病。使用药物种类 22 种，其中活血化瘀药使用频次 最高，补虚药最常与之配伍，而补阳药在常配伍的补虚药中占比较高，其余配伍中药多有温中理气、利水渗湿、化痰止咳、清 热解表等功效，总计出现药物 206 味，依照统计数据中使用频次多少进行排名，前 5 位的药物依次为：川芎、当归、芍药、熟 地黄、茯苓。治疗上应辨明虚实寒热，以补肾培元治其本，根据具体临床症状进行药味加减，并建议进行心理疏导，改善作息 规律，从体质方面改善胞宫环境。
Abstract:
Objective: The main symptom of emmeniopathy is abnormal menstruation. Women in their reproductive years may become sterile due to abnormal menstruation and ovulation inhibition. In view of the common clinical symptoms and related effects of this disease, this study combed the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), analyzed and summarized the understanding of the ancient Chinese medicine doctor on the related diseases of emmeniopathy, and comprehensively summarized their academic thoughts and clinical experience to guide the use of drugs based on clinical syndrome differentiation. Methods: The literature on the diagnosis and treatment of the above emmeniopathy by the ancient Chinese medicine doctor was screened, and the relevant effective data was mined. In addition, the methods of frequency analysis and statistical summary were used to study the views and characteristics of TCM in the treatment of emmeniopathy and analyze its academic thoughts. Results: Through the literature, it was concluded that the pathogenesis was closely related to the liver, spleen and kidney. Deficiency of kidney and spleen were the main causes. In addition, phlegm-damp, blood stasis and other pathological products could also lead to reproductive dysfunction and disease. The results showed that there were 22 kinds of drugs used, among which the most frequently used drugs were blood-quickening stasis-transforming medicinal, and the tonify deficiency medicine was most often combined with it. However, yang-tonifying drug occupied a relatively high proportion in the common tonify deficiency medicine. The other compatible TCM had many functions such as regulating qi in temperature, clearing damp and promoting diuresis, eliminating phlegm and stopping cough, heat nourish, etc. In the process, 206 drugs were summed up. According to the frequency of use in the statistical data, the top 5 drugs were: rhizoma chuanxiong, angelica sinensis, Chinese herbaceous peony, prepared rehmannia root and poria cocos. Therefore, the treatment should distinguish the deficiency and chills and fever, with tonifying kidney and developing vitality to treat its original. At the same time, drugs needed to be added and subtracted according to specific clinical symptoms. What’s more, it was suggested to conduct psychological counseling, improve the routine of work and rest, and improve the cellular environment from the physical aspect.
