摘要:
针对某铅锌矿山环境综合治理,从采矿废弃矿物中回收有价成分,研究采用粗磨—粗粒浮选—无抑制剂的低能 耗低药耗的铅锌浮选工艺。综合利用效果较好,闭路试验指标:铅精矿含铅 50.22%、含锌 4.63%;锌精矿含铅 1.34%、含锌 50.13%, 铅、锌的回收率分别为 72.27%、87.09%,废渣尾矿作为建材销售,获得较好的社会与经济效益。
Abstract:
In view of the comprehensive environmental treatment of a lead-zinc mine, valuable components are recovered from mining waste minerals. The lead-zinc flotation process with low energy consumption and low drug consumption is studied by using coarse grinding coarse particle flotation without inhibitor. The comprehensive utilization effect is good. The closed-circuit test indexes are as follows: lead concentrate contains 50.22% lead,and 4.63% zinc zinc concentrate contains 1.34% lead and 50.13% zinc the recovery rates of lead and zinc are 72.27% and 87.09% respectively. The waste residue tailings are sold as building materials, and good social and economic benefits are obtained .
