文章在“健康中国”的战略背景下，探讨了广西健康产业的发展现状和存在问题，并结合 SWOT 分析法分析广 西健康产业发展环境。分析结果表明，广西健康产业发展具有少数民族文化丰富、中医药资源总量多等优势，同时存在发展规 模分散及人才资源不足的劣势；虽有人口老龄化和政策持续推进等机遇，但也面临其他省市竞争激烈和自身经济基础相对薄弱 的威胁。文章通过全面分析广西健康产业发展环境，明确其发展路径，并从对外开放、人才支撑、政策驱动、协调发展四大方 面提出对策建议。
Abstract:
Objective: Under the strategic background of "healthy China", this paper discusses the development status and existing problems of Guangxi health industry and analyzes the development environment of Guangxi health industry with SWOT analysis method. The results show that the development of health industry in Guangxi has the advantages of rich minority culture, large amount of traditional Chinese medicine resources, and the disadvantages of scattered development scale and insufficient human resources although there are opportunities such as aging population and continuous promotion of policies, and face the threat of fierce competition in other provinces and cities and relatively weak economic foundation. Through a comprehensive analysis of the development environment of health industry in Guangxi, this paper makes clear its development path, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects of opening up, talent support, policy driven and coordinated development.
