摘要:
“直播带货”作为一种新的线上销售模式能够带来非常大的经济效益。文章通过分析这一新媒体销售模式及其语 言特点,总结出推销语言的基本原则,研究整理出热情赞美法、需求诱导法、亮点介绍法、设置疑问法、角色转换法、权威说 服法等推销语言技巧,以及在商业活动中常用话术的处理方法,以期提高销售人员的语言能力,从而推动商品经济的发展。
Abstract:
"Sell goods through livestreaming"as a new online sales model can bring great economic benefits. By analyzing the new media sales model and its language characteristics, this paper summarizes the basic principles of sales language, studies and sorts out the sales language skills such as enthusiastic praise method, demand guidance method, highlight introduction method, question setting method, role conversion method, authority persuasion method, and the common language processing methods in commercial activities, so as to improve the language ability of sales personnel, and promote the development of commodity economy.
