文章分析了协作教学对培养复合型人才的必要性，以及目前协作教学存在的问题，并提出了基于三维协作的网络工程专业教学模式，提出通过树立协作创新培养人才的新理念，构建基于协作的教学平台和课程体系，构建多维协同、开放共享的新型实验教学基地，为网络工程专业复合型人才的培养探索了一条新途径。
Abstract:
The article analyzes the necessity of collaborative teaching for training compound talents, and the problems existing in thecurrent collaborative teaching, and puts forword the teaching mode of network engineering specialty based on three-dimensionalcollaboration. Through setting up a new concept of collaborative innovation to cultivate talents, building a teaching platform andcurriculum system based on collaboration, and building a new experimental teaching base of multi-dimensional collaboration and opensharing,a new way for the cultivation of composite talents of network engineering specialty is explored.
