Abstract:
A new method for the determination of calcium and zinc in the composite environmental protection antirust pigment wasestablished. The accuracy of the method was tested by the standard preparation of the known content samples. In the preparation of thedetermination samples, the known content of aluminum and iron simulation impurities are added to test the rationality of the masking agentselection. The experimental results show that the theoretical content of ZnO is 0.16% different from the average value, the differencebetween the theoretical content and the average value of CaO is 0.13 %, both within the error range. Therefore, the method described in thispaper is suitable for the determination of calcium and zinc content in new composite environmental protection antirust pigment.
