摘要:
有限空间一直是工贸企业安全生产的“无形杀手”，每年春夏交替之际，随着气温升高，温度增大，有毒有害气体更容易聚积，因通风检测和个体防护不到位以及盲目施救导致的有限空间中毒窒息事故呈易发、多发态势。有的有限空间会发生一次死亡 3 人以上的较大事故，而事故的背后暴露了企业对有限空间的管理不够重视，作业人员的安全意识薄弱，对有限空间作业的危险性认识不足。为了贯彻国家安全法律、法规，提升企业有限空间的安全管理，杜绝违章作业，文章提出了一些有限空间的管理防范措施，以确保企业范围内的有限空间作业安全。
Abstract:
Limited space has always been the “invisible killer” of safety production inindustrial and trade enterprises.. At the turn ofspring and summer every year, with the increase of temperature, the temperature rices, toxic and harmful gases are more likely toaccumulate. Poisoning and smothering accidents in limited space caused by inadequate ventilation detection and personal protection aswell as blind rescue are prone to occur. Some limited space will cause a large accident with more than 3 deaths, Behind the accident, itexposed that the enterprise did not pay enough attention to the management of limited space, the safety awareness of the operators wasweak, and the risk awareness of the operation in limited space was insufficient. In order to carry out the national security laws andregulations, improve the safety management of the limited space of the enterprises, and put an end to illegal operations, the author putsforward some management precautions of the limited space to ensure the safety of limited space operations within the scope of theenterprises.
