摘要:
婴儿玩具用户属于较为特殊的用户群,由于婴儿在认知及表达能力上的局限性,对婴儿玩具的用户认知调研无法直接来源于婴儿用户。因此,采用父母对婴儿玩具设计的感性认知数据,对于婴儿玩具设计的研究有着重要意义。文章针对不同城市、不同职业背景、不同收入背景的父母对象进行访问,运用 Q 方法论,对 33 个 Q 样本进行分类,并通过 Ken-QAnalysis 软件计算分析,得出结论。通过父母对婴儿玩具设计的感性认知评价,得出父母对于婴儿玩具设计的八类感性认知因子分别是基本能力认知、安全性认知、易用性设计认知、大脑机能发育认知、运动机能发展认知、交互性认知、创造性认知、个性完善认知,并得出每种认知的显著特征。
Abstract:
Baby toy users belong to a special user group. Due to the limitations of babies’ cognitive and expression abilities, theresearch on user cognition of baby toys cannot be directly derived from baby users. Therefore, parents’ Kansei Cognition data on baby toydesigns are used for research. This is a great significance for the study of baby toy design. Based on interviews with parents from differentcities, different occupational backgrounds, and different income backgrounds, 33 Q samples were classified by using Q methodology, andthe results were obtained by Ken-Q Analysis software. Based on the evaluation of parents’ Kansei Cognition of baby toy design, eightkinds of Kansei Cognition of parents for baby toy design are concluded as follows: "basic ability Cognition ", "safety cognition ", "usability design Cognition ", "brain function development cognition ", "motor function development cognition ", "interactive cognition ","ceative cognition " and "personality improvement cognition ", and also obtain the significant features of each kind of cognition.
