文章简述了职业素养内涵及主要内容，根据应用型高校办学目标定位，从企业需求出发，对应用型高校大学生职业素养培养策略进行了研究，提出将职业素养培养贯穿人才培养全过程，在课堂教学、第二课堂、校企合作、校园文化建设等方面统筹规划，完善考核和评价机制等措施，切实提高职业素养培养的成效。
Abstract:
The paper briefly describes the connotation and main content of professional quality. Based on the education targetorientation of application-oriented universities, starting from the enterprise needs, this paper studies the strategies of professional qualitycultivation of application-oriented university students. It proposes to carry out professional quality cultivation throughout the entire talentcultivation process, make overall planning for classroom teaching, the second classroom, school-enterprise cooperation, and campusculture construction, improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism and other measures, and effectively improve the effectiveness ofprofessional quality cultivation.
