摘要:
目的:探究重度营养不良结直肠癌患者的围手术期营养支持护理及对预后的影响。方法:以 2016 年 8 月至 2019年 10 月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院收治的重度营养不良结直肠癌患者 116 例为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组,其中对照组患者(n=58)进行常规护理,并于术后行肠内营养支持,观察组患者(n=58)则接受围手术期营养支持护理。对比两组患者的术后恢复情况相关指标,营养指标,并发症发生情况,护理满意度等。结果:观察组患者的肛门排气时间、胃管留置时间、术后进食时间、术后首次排便、术后住院时间等术后恢复情况相关指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后10 d 的白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平均较术前有显著改善且明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期营养支持护理能够明显改善重度营养不良结直肠癌患者的营养状况,降低并发症的发生率,有助于患者的术后康复,值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the perioperative nutritional support nursing and prognostic impact of severe malnutrition onpatients with severe malnutrition colorectal cancer. Methods: 116 patients with severe malnutrition colorectal cancer admitted in RuikangHospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to October 2019 were randomly dividedinto two groups, among which the control group (n=58) received routine nursing and postoperative enteral nutrition support, while theobservation group (n=58) received perioperative nutritional support. The related indexes, nutritional indexes, complications and nursingsatisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The anal exhaust time, gastric tube indwelling time, postoperative feedingtime, postoperative first defecation and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those inthe control group (P<0.05); the average of albumin, prealbumin and transferrin water in the observation group 10 d after operation wassignificantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantlylower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Perioperative nutritional support nursing can obviously improve thenutritional status of patients with severe malnutrition colorectal cancer, reduce the incidence of complications, and help patients recoverafter surgery, which is worthy of popularization and application.
