摘要:
国土空间开发保护现状评估有助于及时发现国土空间开发及其治理问题，有效传导国土空间规划重要战略目标，更好地开展国土空间规划编制和动态维护，做好规划实施监督工作。文章基于田东县资源本底，按照目标导向、问题导向、操作导向三大评估原则，从安全、创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享六个维度选取 55 项指标进行监测，对全县国土空间开发保护现状开展全面评估。通过与现有国土空间性规划主要目标的对比以及自身发展趋势的拟合度分析，全面刻画了田东县的国土空间开发保护特征，评估未来风险，分析问题成因并明确下一步国土空间规划的编制重点。
Abstract:
The assessment of the current situation of land and space development and protection is helpful to discover the problems ofland and space development and management in a timely manner, effectively transmit the important strategic objectives of land and spaceplanning, better carry out the compilation and dynamic maintenance of land and space planning, and do a good job of planingimplementation supervision. Based on the resource background of Tiandong County, according to the three evaluation principles of goaloriented, problem oriented and operation oriented, this paper selects 55 indicators from six dimensions of safety, innovation, coordination,green, opening and sharing to monitor and comprehensively evaluate the current situation of the development and protection of the county’sland and space. Through the comparison with the main objectives of the existing land spatial planning and the analysis of the fitting degreeof its own development trend, this paper comprehensively depicts the characteristics of the land spatial development and protection ofTiandong County, evaluates the future risks, analyzes the causes of the problems and clarifies the key points of the next land spatial plannin.
