摘要:
《中华人民共和国监察法》于 2018 年 3 月 20 日正式公布实施，《监察法》将国有企业管理人员作为新增对象纳入监察范围。文章就如何更有效地对部分新增对象进行监督作详细阐述。
Abstract:
The supervision law of the people’s Republic of China was officially promulgated and implemented on March 20, 2018.The supervision law includes the management personnel of state-owned enterprises as new objects in the scope of supervision. This paperexpounds how to supervise some newly added objects more effectively.
