摘要:
目的：探索综合优质护理干预对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的疗效分析。方法：选取 2017 年 8 月至 2019 年 11 月广西中医药大学第一附属医院壮医针灸科收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者 120 名，随机均分为观察组与对照组各 60 名，观察组采用综合优质护理干预，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组护理干预后的临床疗效、视觉模拟疼痛量表（VAS）评分及焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）评分。结果：（1） 护理后，两组的 VAS 评分均较前降低，且观察组显著优于对照组，两两比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。（2） 护理后观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组，两两比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。（3）护理后两组的SAS、SDS 评分均较护理前有所下降，且观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者予以综合优质护理干预，有利于降低患者疼痛指数，增加临床疗效，缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，在临床上值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: to explore the effect of comprehensive high quality nursing intervention on patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods: From August 2017 to November 2019, 120 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into the observationgroup and the control group, 60 in each group. The observation group received comprehensive and high-quality nursing intervention, whilethe control group received regular nursing, compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after nursing intervention, visual analog scale(VAS) pain scores and anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) score. Results: (1)The clinical efficacy of the observation group after nursingwas significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) After nursing, VASscores in both groups were lower than before, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group, with statisticallysignificant difference (P<0.05). (3)The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing decreased compared with those before nursing,and the observation group was better than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Thecomprehensive and high quality nursing intervention for the patients with neuralgia after herpes zoster is beneficial to reduce the pain indexof patients, increase the clinical effect, and reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.relieve.
