摘要:
寻常疣是人类乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染皮肤黏膜后，引起的表皮疣状增生物，为皮肤科常见病，好发于免疫功能低下者，可发于身体任何部位。该病病程缓慢，可复发，严重影响患者的身心健康。中医外治法治疗该病有一定的优势，具有操作简便、毒副作用小、费用低廉、疗效显著等特点。常见的中医外治法有药物疗法、非药物疗法和综合疗法等。文章对近十年来寻常疣的中医外治法的基本原理及研究进展做一简述。
Abstract:
Common warts is a verrucous growth of epidermis caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection of skin and mucousmembrane. It is a common dermatology disease, which is prone to occur in people with low immune function and anywhere in the body.The course of the disease is slow and can recur, which has a great impact on the physical and mental health of patients. TCM externaltreatments have some advantages in treating common warts. It has the advantages of simple operation, low toxic and side effects, low cost,and significant curative effect. Common TCM external treatments include drug therapy, non-drug therapy and comprehensive therapy. Thisarticle briefly describes the basic principles and research progress of TCM external treatments of common warts in the past decade.
