摘要:
中小民营企业已成为推动我国经济发展和社会进步的主力军。高管团队的建设长期以来一直是阻碍众多中小民营企业发展的主要因素之一。文章在总结我国中小民营企业高管团队建设存在问题的基础上，就中小民营企业创建高效高质高管队伍提出了几点建议，为中小名营企业高管团队建设提供参考。
Abstract:
Small and medium-sized private enterprises have become the main force to promote China’s economic development andsocial progress. The construction of senior management team has long been one of the main factors hindering the development of manysmall and medium-sized private enterprises. On the basis of summing up the problems existing in the construction of the seniormanagement team of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China, this paper puts forward some measures for the establishmentand high-efficiency of the senior management team of small and medium-sized private enterprises.
