摘要:
文章基于职业倦态的视角，运用对比、分析方法对医疗科技工作者的现状进行浅析，并结合国内外相关研究成果，整理分析其产生的原因，在此基础上提出了要关注科技工作者心理卫生、营造良好的科研环境氛围、加强意识引导和政策扶持、建立科研成果共享平台等改善措施，努力降低医疗科技工作者的职业倦态感，调动其积极性的发挥，从而实现单位、个人和患者共赢。
Abstract:
This article from the perspective of professional fatigue, by contrast, analysis method to analyses the current situation ofmedical science and technology workers, and combining the related research results at home and abroad, it analyzes the causes of theoccurrence. On this basis, it puts forward that we should pay attention to the mental health of Science and technology workers, create a goodenvironment for scientific research, strengthen the guidance of consciousness and policy support, and establish a platform for sharingscientific research results and other improvement measures, strive to reduce the sense of burnout of medical science and technologyworkers, mobilize their enthusiasm, so as to achieve a win-win situation for units, individuals and patients.
