摘要:
根据某车型淋雨试验问题反馈，发现该车型车门漏液孔密封堵盖淋雨试验后存在排水不畅问题。文章主要针对该车门漏液孔堵盖排水不畅问题原因进行排查分析，并提出整改对策、实施验证，从而解决车门漏液孔排水不畅问题，降低由排水不畅引起的钣金锈蚀风险。
Abstract:
According to the feedback of rain test problems of a certain vehicle, it is found that there is a problem of poor drainageafter the rain test of the door leakage hole seal cover. This paper mainly analyzes the causes of the problem of poor drainage of the doorleakage hole plug cover, and puts forward the rectification measures and implementation verification, so as to solve the problem of poordrainage of the door leakage hole and reduce the risk of sheet metal corrosion caused by poor drainage.
