摘要:
L-岩藻糖是一种寡糖,同时也是人体八种必需糖之一。作为一种重要的基础糖,L-岩藻糖在多个领域发挥着重要作用。L-岩藻糖生产方式单一,且成本较高。而 L-岩藻糖在医药、食品、化妆品方面的应用也越来越受欢迎。近些年来不少国内外学者对 L-岩藻糖的生产方式及应用方面进行了探索,文章对国内外近些年来 L-岩藻糖的生产制备方式及应用领域进行了综述。
Abstract:
L-fucose is an oligosaccharide and one of the eight essential sugars in human body. As an important basic sugar, L-fucoseplays an important role in many fields. The production mode of L-fucose is single and the cost is high. The application of L-fucose inmedicine, food and cosmetics is more and more popular. In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have explored the productionand application of L-fucose. This paper reviews the production and application of L-fucose in recent years.
