摘要:
建设工程项目管理是指从事工程项目管理的企业受工程项目业主方委托，对工程建设全过程或分阶段进行专业化管理和服务活动。建设工程项目管理的任务越来越多元化，建设工程施工的规模越来越大，工程数量越来越多，施工建设的复杂性越来越明显，建设工程的管理与要求也越来越高。为了能够保障建筑工程项目管理目标能够实现，需要充分发挥建设单位在工程管理当中的积极作用。文章从决策、设计、建设三个阶段论述了建设工程项目管理的全过程，为实际项目管理方法的选择，实现有效的项目管理提供参考。
Abstract:
Construction project management refers to the professional management and service activities of enterprises engaged inproject management in the whole process or stages of project construction entrusted by the owner of the project. The task of constructionproject management is becoming more and more diversified, the scale of construction project is more and more large, the number ofprojects is more and more, the complexity of construction is more and more obvious, and the management and requirements of constructionproject are more and more high. In order to ensure that the construction project management objectives can be achieved, it is necessary togive full play to the positive role of the construction unit in the project management. This paper discusses the whole process of constructionproject management from three stages of decision-making, design and construction, providing reference for the selection of practicalproject management methods and the realization of effective project management
