文章根据国家、行业安全风险分集管控和事故隐患排查治理文件，结合企业实际进行了本土化研究，对企业安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理现状进行分析，指出存在“两张皮”和不适应的问题，通过构建模型，建立流程，实现国标、行标在企业本土化实施和应用，安全风险得到有效管控，隐患整改率 100%，企业安全管理水平不断提高。
Abstract:
According to the documents of national and industrial safety risk diversity management and control and accident hiddendanger investigation and control, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the current situation of enterprisesafety risk classification management and control and hidden danger investigation and control, points out that there are "two skins" andinadaptable problems, and realizes the localization implementation and application of national standards and industrial standards in theenterprise by building models and processes. The safety risk has been effectively controlled, the hidden danger rectification rate is 100% ,and the safety management level of the enterprise has been continuously improved.
