目的:探索 PBL 教学法在康复实习教学中的应用。方法:选择 2018 年 9 月至 2019 年 9 月广西壮族自治区职业病防治研究院康复科实习生 66 名,随机均分为对照组与观察组各 33 名,观察组采用 PBL 教法设计,对照组进行常规教学,比较两组康复实习生的教学效果。结果:观察组实习生对康复治疗师教学培训满意度(94.00%)显著高于对照组(82.00%),两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生的出科考核病例分析题测试成绩(90.65±2.18)明显优于对照组(81.72±1.79),其临床实践能力测试成绩得分(89.25±7.81)也显著优于对照组(77.56±6.79),两两比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生的课堂自主性、轻松性、互动性、启发性等评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将 PBL 教学法运用到临床康复科实习中的教学效果显著,可提高实习生对康复治疗师教学培训满意度及出科考核成绩得分。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application of PBL teaching method in rehabilitation practice teaching. Methods: 66rehabilitation interns from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each of whom was 33. The observation group was designed with PBL teaching method, and the control group was given routine teaching.The teaching effect of the two groups of rehabilitation interns was compared. Results: the students in the observation group weresignificantly more satisfied with the teaching and training of rehabilitation therapists (94.00%) than those in the control group (82.00%),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The test results of case analysis in the department assessment of the interns in theobservation group (90.65±2.18) were significantly better than those in the control group (81.72±1.79), and their clinical practice ability testscores (89.25±7.81) were significantly better than those in the control group (77.56±6.79), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The scores of classroom autonomy, relaxation, interaction and inspiration in the observation group were significantly higher thanthose in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of PBL teaching method to clinical rehabilitation practice teaching has asignificant effect, which can improve the satisfaction of the trainees in the teaching and training of rehabilitation therapists and the score ofthe examination.
