摘要:
随着职业教育改革工作的逐步推进，亟需同步加强师资队伍建设。文章在解读“双师型”教师内涵的基础上，分析了目前广西高职院校师资队伍建设存在的问题，提出了拓宽聘用渠道、建立“双导师”制度、完善教师入职标准、强化教师的在职培养、引入企业工匠等策略。
Abstract:
With the gradual advancement of the reform of vocational education, it is urgent to strengthen the construction of teachingstaff. On the basis of interpreting the connotation of “double-qualified” teachers, this paper analyzes the problems existing in theconstruction of teachers in Guangxi higher vocational colleges at present, and puts forward some strategies such as widening the ways ofemployment, establishing “dual-mentor” system, perfecting teachers’entry standards, strengthening teachers’on-the-job training andintroducing enterprise craftsmen.
