摘要:
西番莲是一种生长在热带、亚热带地区的芳香水果百香果的植物全草,在国内研究较少,在西方国家民间作为有镇静作用的功能食品,主要含有类黄酮等活性成分,具有抗焦虑、助眠、抗成瘾的医药保健功能。文章对近年来有关西番莲植物的化学组成、药理学作用机制、临床前、临床研究和安全性研究的研究进展进行综述,为国内开发西番莲作为膳食补充剂提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Passiflora incarnata (passion flower) is a kind of fragrant whole fruit plant of passion fruit, which grows in tropical andsubtropical regions. It is seldom studied in China. As a sedative functional food in the western countries, folk flavour mainly containsflavonoids and other active ingredients. It has the function of anti anxiety, sleeping and anti addiction. In this paper, the research progress ofchemical compositions, pharmacological mechanism of action, pre-clinical research, clinical research and safety studies were reviewed,providing the theoretical basis for research and development of passion flowers as dietary supplement in China.
