文章基于大唐岩滩水电公司分析了当前国有水电企业青年员工思想现状,并对共青团组织为青工搭建平台以增强凝聚力和企业吸引力的方法进行了研究,建立国有水电企业招纳人才、留住人才、保证员工队伍稳定和建立人才长效机制。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the current ideological status of young employees in state-owned hydropower enterprises inDatang Yantan hydropower company, this paper studies the methods of building a platform for young workers by the Communist YouthLeague to enhance cohesion and enterprise attraction, so as to solve the problems of recruiting and retaining, ensuring the stability of thestaff and establishing a long-term mechanism in state-owned hydropower enterprises.
