摘要:
“三焦气化学说”是从上、中、下三焦气化探讨糖尿病（消渴病）病因病机。上焦如雾，上焦热盛或心火灼伤肺金，则上焦气化功能障碍，转为消渴；中焦如沤，阳明火毒炽盛，抑或过食肥甘，损伤脾络，中焦气化无权，化为消渴；下焦如渎，肝失疏泄、肾气不升，下焦气化失常，转为消渴。三焦者，为气血和水液代谢的通道，决渎失司，以致水气搏聚于寒湿之处。运用三焦气化学说拓展对消渴的认识，提供对消渴诊治的新思路。
Abstract:
With traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）technology been highly developed in today the "three-coke gas chemistrytheory" explores the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes (thirst-thirsty disease) from the upper, middle and lower three-coke gasification.The upper coke is foggy, the upper coke is hot, or the heart fire burns the lung gold, the upper coke gasification dysfunction becomesdiabetes. Zhongjiao Ruyan, Yangming fire poisoning, or excessive consumption of fat and Gan, damage the spleen, the right to gasificationof Zhongjiao, into diabetes. Lower coke, such as blasphemy, liver loss and drainage, kidney qi does not rise, lower coke gasificationabnormalities, and turned into diabetes. The three burners are the channels for the air machine and water-liquid metabolism, which willnever disorganize, so that the water vapor will gather in the cold and wet place. While using the theory of triple-coke chemistry to expandthe understanding of diabetes, hoping it can also provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of it.
