摘要:
为探讨肛周注射联合中药熏洗坐浴治疗肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效，将 70 例肛门瘙痒症患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，其中治疗组 35 例，对照组 35 例。治疗组采用曲安奈德注射液肛周注射联合广西中医药大学第一附属医院肛门瘙痒一号方熏洗坐浴治疗，对照组采用单纯曲安奈德注射液肛周注射治疗，两组治疗时间均为 2 周，观察两组在肛门瘙痒的程度、日瘙痒次数、皮损程度及总有效率、复发率的方式进行临床疗效对比。结果表明，治疗组在肛门瘙痒程度、治疗后皮损面积及总有效率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。可见，肛周注射封闭联合中药熏洗坐浴治疗肛门瘙痒症临床疗效确切，肛门瘙痒症状程度及皮损范围改善明显，且经济便捷，是目前治疗肛门瘙痒症的可靠方法，值得临床运用与推广。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the clinical efficacy of perianal injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation andbathing in the treatment of anal pruritus, 70 patients with anal pruritus were randomly divided into the treatment group and the controlgroup, including 35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with triamcinoloneacetonide injection perianal injection combined with No.1 fumigating bath of anopruritus in our hospital. The control group was treatedwith anal injection of triamcinolone acetonide. The treatment time was 2 weeks. The group was compared in terms of the degree of analitching, the number of itching, the degree of skin lesions, the total effective rate, and the recurrence rate. The results showed that The resultsshowed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the degree of anal pruritus, the area of skin lesions after treatment andthe total effective rate (P＜0.05). It can be seen that perianal injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washbath for the treatment of anal pruritus is clinically effective, the degree of anal itching and the extent of lesions have been improvedsignificantly, and it is economical and convenient. It is a reliable method for the treatment of anal pruritus at present, and it is worthy ofclinical application and promotion.
