摘要:
北部湾三市（北海市、钦州市和防城港市）是广西北部湾经济区行政区域的核心组成部分。目前，这三个城市均已步入人口老龄化阶段，大力推广通用设计，为所有人的日常生活与照顾提供便利的生活环境，提升城市综合品质，打造宜居、包容的城市形象，已成为其城市规划和建设重要而紧迫的议题。本文调查了广西北部湾三市无障碍环境建设和管理现状，对存在问题进行了深入的分析，找出问题存在的原因。在此基础上，提出城市基础设施与公用设施推广通用设计的对策与建议。
Abstract:
The three cities of Beibu Gulf (Beihai City, Qinzhou City and Fangchenggang City) are the core components of theadministrative region of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. At present, the three citys have entered the stage of aging population. It hasbecome an important and urgent issue for urban planning and construction to vigorously promote universal design, provide convenientliving environment for everyone’s daily life and care, improve the comprehensive quality of Beihai City, Qinzhou City and FangchenggangCity in Beibu Gulf, and create a livable and inclusive image of the city. This paper investigates the current situation of barrier freeenvironment construction and management in the three cities of Beibu Gulf in Guangxi, analyzes the existing problems and finds out thecauses of the problems. On this basis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for popularizing the universal design ofurban infrastructure and public facilities
