摘要:
中马钦州产业园区自成立以来，经过前期开发建设，“三年打基础”的目标基本实现，园区配套公共设施趋于完善，进入“五年见成效”的关键时期。如何建设园区高层次公共设施，为园区的人才引进、企业入园和国际合作提供支撑成为园区急需解决的问题。文章通过借鉴苏州工业园在建设高层次园区公共设施方面成功的经验和做法，对中马钦州产业园区在基础教育建设领域的现状进行分析总结，以期对中马钦州产业园区高层次公共设施建设提供有益的启发。
Abstract:
Since the establishment of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park, after the preliminary development and construction,the goal of "laying a foundation for three years" has been basically achieved, and the supporting public facilities of the park have beenimproved, entering a critical period of "five years with results". How to build high-level public facilities in the park and provide supportfor talent introduction, enterprises’ entry into the park and international cooperation has become an urgent problem for the park to solve.Based on the successful experience and practice of Suzhou industrial park in the construction of high-level public facilities, this paperanalyzes and summarizes the current situation of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park in the field of basic education construction, soas to provide referential suggestions for the construction of high-level public facilities in China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park.
