摘要:
目的：观察盐酸丁卡因凝胶在包皮环切术中的应用效果。方法：以在广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院男性科门诊就诊行包皮环切术治疗的 295 例患者为观察对象，采用完全随机设计法分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予盐酸丁卡因凝胶阴茎局部涂抹麻醉，对照组以利多卡因阴茎根部阻滞麻醉。对两组局麻有效率、手术时间、不良反应发生率及患者满意度进行观察，同时观察治疗组内年龄因素对盐酸丁卡因凝胶使用效果的影响。结果：治疗组与对照组相比较，手术时间较短、不良反应发生率较高，差别具有显著性意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组与对照组局麻有效率、患者满意度相比较，差别无显著性意义（P＞0.05）。治疗组内相比较，年龄因素与麻醉效果有关，差别具有显著性意义（P＜0.05）；年龄因素与不良反应发生率之间的差别无显著性意义（P＞0.05）。结论：盐酸丁卡因凝胶在包皮环术中麻醉效果满意，值得临床推广和使用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the application effect of Tetracaine Hydrochloride Gel in circumcision. Methods: 295 patients whounderwent circumcision at the male clinic in Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomlydivided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given local anesthesia with TetracaineHydrochloride Gel penis, while the control group was treated by block anesthesia with lidocaine in the penis. Two groups of localanesthesia efficiency, operation time, incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were observed. Meanwhile, the effect of agefactors on the use of Tetracaine Hydrochloride Gel in the treatment group was observed. Results: Compared with the control group, theoperation time was shorter and the incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the treatment group, the difference was significant (P＜0.05); there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the efficiency of local anesthesia and patientsatisfaction (P＞0.05). In the treatment group, the age factor was related to the anesthesia effect, the difference was significant (P＜0.05);there was no significant difference between the age factor and the incidence of adverse reactions (P＞0.05). Conclusion: the effect ofTetracaine Hydrochloride Gel in the circumcision is satisfactory, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
