目的：讨论南宁市西乡塘区社区护士在护理科研能力现状及影响科研能力的因素。方法：用自制的一般调查问 卷和潘银河编制的护理人员科研能力自我评估量表，对南宁市西乡塘区 200 名社区卫生服务机构的护士进行问卷调查。结果： 发放问卷 200 份，回收问卷 200 份，最终有效问卷 189 份，有效回收率为 94.5%。189 份有效问卷的科研能力自评量表各项得分均较低，表明本地区社区护士科研能力水平较低。结论：南宁市西乡塘区社区护士科研能力总体水平较低，需从科研综合能力 方面加强社区护士培训、学习。
Abstract:
Purpose: Discuss the current situation of nursing scientific research ability community nurses in Xixiangtang District of Nanning City and the factors influencing the scientific research ability. Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 nurses from community health service institutions in xixiangtang district, nanning city, by using a self-made questionnaire and a self-assessment scale of nurses’ scientific research ability compiled by Pan Yinhe. Results: 200 questionnaires were issued and 200 were collected, and 189 were finally valid, with an effective collection rate of 94.5%. All the scores on the self-rating scale of scientific research ability of 189 valid questionnaires were low, indicating that the level of scientific research ability of community nurses in this region was low. Conclusion: The overall level of scientific research ability of community nurses in Xixiangtang District of Nanning City is low and it is necessary to enhance the training and learning of community nurses from the aspect of comprehensive scientific research ability.
