2019 年 1 月 6 日，中共中央印发了《中国共产党纪律检查机关监督执纪工作规则》（以下简称《规则》），给纪 检监察机关定下了制度、立下了规矩，为各级纪检监察机关履行监督执纪提供重要制度遵循。高校附属医院作为公立非营利性 机构，承担着医疗、科研、教学及社会服务的关键职能，医院纪委如何履行好察监督职能，为医院健康发展保驾护航就显得尤 为重要。文章结合高校附属医院纪委监督执纪工作实际，分析存在的问题并提出对策。
Abstract:
On January 6, 2019, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the " rules for discipline inspection organs of the Communist Party of China to supervise and enforce discipline” (hereinafter referred to as the "rules"), laying down rules and regulations for discipline inspection and supervision organs, providing important institutional guidelines for the implementation of discipline supervision and enforcement by discipline inspection organs at all levels. As a public non-profit institution, affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities undertake the key functions of medical treatment, scientific research, teaching and social services. It is particularly important for the discipline inspection committee of hospitals to perform the function of supervision and guarantee the healthy development of hospitals. This paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures according to the practice of supervision and discipline enforcement by the discipline inspection committee of affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities.
