摘要:
高职酒店管理专业教育国际化是“一带一路”背景下酒店业发展的必然追求。旅游产业的全域化更是助推了酒 店人才培养的国际化。酒店管理专业教育国际化走过的所有路径最终都指向课程体系的国际化。课程是职业教育国际化的一个 逻辑起点。酒店管理专业国际化课程体系的构建，必须明确国际化酒店管理人才必备的核心能力并重视人才终身学习理念培育。 国际化的酒店管理专业课程体系以课程的开放性为基本特征，课程实施的实际效果又必然地以国际化的产教融合环境为依凭。
Abstract:
The internationalization of hotel management education in higher vocational colleges is a trend of hotel industry under the background of Belt and Road. The internationalization of hotel talent training has also been boosted by tourism globalization. All the efforts of internationalization of hotel management education ultimately goal is to make the course systems internationalization.. The courses are the logical starting point for the internationalization of vocational education. The construction of the international curriculum system of hotel management specialty must make clear the essential core competence of international hotel management talents and cultivate the talents with the concept of life-long learning. The openness of courses are characterized as the essential characteristic for international hotel management. The actual effects of the courses implementation must depend on he internationalized environment of industry-education integration.
