摘要:
目的:探讨在内分泌临床教学中运用情景模拟结合基于问题的教学方法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL),并分析 其教学效果。方法:选择 120 名本科学生分别采取情景模拟结合 PBL 教学方法学和传统教学方法,并对教学质量和教学满意度进行比较。结果:比较两组学生出科考试理论成绩,情景模拟结合 PBL 教学组理论考试成绩明显高于传统教学组(P<0.05);在主观评价上,采用情景模拟结合 PBL 教学法的教学满意度较高,特别是在提高学生的自主学习能力、激发学生兴趣、加深对知 识点的理解以及对学生的临床思维培养上有独到的优势。结论:情景模拟结合 PBL 教学法较传统教学法在内分泌临床带教中效 果显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the application of scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching method in endocrine clinical teaching, and analyzes its teaching effect. Methods: 120 undergraduate students were selected to adopt scenario simulation combined with Problem-Based Learning (PBL) teaching methodology and traditional teaching methods, and the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction were compared. Results: Compared with the theoretical scores of the two groups of students, the theoretical scores of the situational simulation combined with PBL teaching group were significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group (P<0.05). In terms of subjective evaluation, the teaching satisfaction of adopting scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching method is higher, which has unique advantages in improving students’ self-learning ability, stimulating students’ interest, deepening the understanding of knowledge points and cultivating students’ clinical thinking. Conclusion: Scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching method is more effective than traditional teaching method in endocrine clinical teaching.
