摘要:
目的：分析关爱型社区护理对原发性高血压亚急症治疗效果。方法：160 例高血压患者，随机分为对照组和实 验组各 80 例，对照组采用常规社区护理实验组在常规护理基础上增加关爱型社区护理，对比两组患者血压控制、满意度、疾病 相关知识了解度。结果：观察组血压为（158.6±5.1、96.4±3.6），明显高于实验组血压为（143.2±3.6、84±5.1），差异具有统 计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组满意度 93.9%，高于观察组满意度 63.8%，差异具有统计学意义；疾病相关知识总体了解度，实验 组总体了解度 96.2%，高于观察组总体了解度 60%，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：关爱型社区护理对原发性高血压亚急 症在治疗中能够有效控制血压、改善患者生活习惯、提高患者服药依从性，提高患者生活质量，值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the effect of care-type community nursing on subacute treatment of essential hypertension. Method: 160 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each of which was 80 cases. The control group received routine community care and the experimental group added caring community care on the basis of routine care. Blood pressure control, satisfaction and knowledge of disease were compared between the two groups. Results: The blood pressure of the observation group was (158.6±5.1, 96.4±3.6), which was significantly higher than that of the experimental group (143.2±3.6, 84±5.1). The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.9%. The satisfaction rate was 63.8% higher than that of the observation group. The difference was statistically significant. The overall understanding of disease-related knowledge was 96.2%, in the experimental group, higher than 60% in the observation group, which was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Caring community care can effectively control blood pressure, improve patients’ living habits, improve patients’ medication compliance, and improve patients’ quality of life in the treatment of primary hypertension subacute, which is worthy of promoting.
