摘要:
目的：探讨精神分裂症患者家属心理卫生问题及其相关因素。方法：选取 2018 年 3 月-2018 年 9 月，中国人民 解放军联勤保障部队第九二三医院精神科病房由主治及以上医师确诊的精神分裂症患者的家属，采用自制调查问卷了解与精神 分裂症患者家属心理卫生问题相关的因素。采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、症状自评量表评估家属的心理问题。结果：44.4%的家属存在不同程度的抑郁，13.6%的家属具有不同程度的焦虑。45 名患者家属与 1388 名中国正常成年常模对比，SCL-90 总分、阳性项目数及各项因子分均 P＜0.05，均具有统计学意义。在相关因素与心理卫生问题两者皮尔逊 r 相关性分析中表明，与精神分裂症患者家属心理问题相关的因素主要表现在家属对患者发病期间的照料体验感方面。结论：在临床工作中，不仅要重 视精神分裂症患者的心理健康，还要重视维护精神分裂症患者家属的心理健康。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the mental health problems of family members of patients with schizophrenia and the related factors. Method: From March 2018 to September 2018, family members of patients with schizophrenia diagnosed by attending physicians or above in the psychiatric ward of our center were selected, and self-made questionnaires were used to understand the factors related to the mental health ploblems of the family members of patients with schizophrenia. The self-rating depression scale, anxiety self-rating scale and symptom self-rating scale were used to evaluate the psychological problems of the family members. Results :44.4% of family members had varying degree of depression, and 13.6% had varying degree of anxiety. The families of 45 patients were compared with 1,388 normal Chinese adults. The total score of scl-90, the number of positive items and each factor score were all P＜0.05, which were statistically significant. In the Pearson r correlation analysis of related factors and mental health problems, it was shown that the factors related to mental problems of family members of patients with schizophrenia were mainlymanifested in the family members’ experience of caring for the patients during the period of onset. Conclusion: In clinical work, attention should be paid not only to the mental health of patients with schizophrenia, but also to the mental health of families of patients with schizophrenia.
