D 柱作是白车身重要的环状结构之一,对白车身的扭转性能贡献较大。文章主要基于车身结构拓扑优化及 CAE分析,通过拓扑路径找出影响扭转性能敏感的 D 柱上下接头区域,从而探讨了一种新型 D 柱结构设计,提高 D 柱结构的扭转 性能。该结构具有扭转性能提升较高、且重量成本增加较少的特点,更符合品牌、售价一般的国内自主品牌车型,且该结构实 施简单,工艺成熟,在成本、重量、性能及工艺实施等综合性方面具有合理性,普及性高。
- Abstract:

D-pillar is one of the most important ring structures of the white body which contributesgreatly to the twisting performance of the white body. Based on the optimization of body structure topology and CAE analysis, this paper finds the upper and lower joint area of the D-pillar that affects the sensitivity of torsion performance by the topological path, and then discusses a new type of D-pillar structure design to improve the torsional performance of the D-pillar structure. The structure has the characteristics of higher torsion performance and less weight cost increase, whch is more in line with domestic self-owned brand models with common price. Moreover, the structure is simple in implementation, mature in technology, reasonable in cost, weight, performance and process implementation and other comprehensive aspects, and has high popularity.
