摘要:
我国水资源总量丰富，但人均水资源只有世界人均水量的 1/4，是水资源严重缺乏的国家之一。建设节水型社会 是落实节约资源和保护环境的基本国策，国家已经制定和正在实施节水行动方案，高校是节水型社会建设的重要载体，节约用 水任重道远。面对目前高校节水意识不强、用水量大、浪费水严重、节水管理不到位等现状、特点及存在问题，积极探索高校 节水实施路径具有重要教育意义和现实意义。通过增强节水意识、建章立制、节水改造以及管理模式创新等措施，加快节水型 高校建设进程，全面提升水资源高效利用，促进全社会节约保护水资源。
Abstract:
China’s water resources are abundant, but per capita water resources is only one-fourth of the world’s per capita water, which is one of the countries with serious water shortages. Building a water-saving society is the basic national policy to save resources and protect the environment. The state has formulated and is implementing a water-saving action plan. Colleges and universities are important carriers for water-saving society construction, also water conservation has a long way to go. In the face of the current situation, characteristics and problems in colleges and universities, such as weak awareness of water conservation, large amount of water consumption, serious waste of water, and inadequate water-saving management, it is of great educational and practical significance to actively explore the implementation path of water conservation in colleges and universities. By enhancing the awareness of water conservation, establishing rules and regulations, reforming water-saving strategies and innovating management mode, to speed up the process of water-saving construction in universities, improve efficient use of water resources, promote the whole society to protect water saving.
