摘要:
文章从洋葱理论视角，阐述了高校教师素质能力的特征、分析了素质能力模型的要素。在此基础上，构建了应用型高校教师素质能力模型。通过问卷调查结果分析，得出了与高校教师素质能力最相关的能力要素。在模型应用中，揭示了现行教学中教师存在的素质能力不足的问题，合理的提出了解决方案，为应用型高校教师提升素质能力，提供了路径和方法。
Abstract:
From the perspective of onion theory, this paper expounds the characteristics of college teachers’ competency and analyzes the elements of competency model. On this basis, the paper constructs the model of quality and ability of teachers in applied universities. Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey, the most relevant competence factors of college teachers are obtained. In the application of the model, this paper reveals the problem of insufficient quality and ability of teachers in current teaching, and puts forward reasonable solutions to improve the quality and ability of teachers in application-oriented colleges and universities.
