摘要:: 高职院校是培养技术型、应用型复合人才的教育基地，“双证教育”的实施使学生一毕业就能实现与企业的“零距离”对接。文章针对柳州职业技术学院在实施维修电工“双证教育”过程中存在的问题，提出开发多元化电工技能训练项目包和以工作过程为导向、安全教育为主线一体化技能训练创新教学模式的解决对策。

Abstract:: Higher Vocational College is an educational base of training technical and applied talents. The implementation of "double certificate education" could make students get employed as soon as they graduate. In the process of implementing double-certificate education , there are a lot of problems in the electrical maintenance courses. Thus, In view of these problems, we proposed a solving countermeasures of developing diversified electrician skill training package and integrated skill training innovative teaching mode which take working process as the guide and safety education as the main line.
