摘要:
文章探讨了覃骊兰教授治疗湿热下注型带下症的临床经验。以带下症的病因病机为切入点，再利用分症状、定 虚实，看兼证、加减方、辨轻重、选药类等观点阐述了覃骊兰教授治疗湿热下注型带下症的临床诊疗特点，阐明湿热带下症主 要受湿邪所致。覃骊兰教授擅长用清热利湿汤（由茯苓 10 g、黄柏 10 g、萆薢 10 g、酒大黄 6 g、山栀子 10 g、滑石 10 g、甘草 6 g、车前子 15 g（包煎）、川木通 6 g、莲子 9 g、芡实 10 g 等组成）为基础方，治疗湿热下注型带下症，每获良效。
Abstract:
To explore the clinical experience of professor Qin Lilan in the treatment of leukorrhea of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome. Taking the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease as pointcuts, the clinical diagnosis views on the treatment of the leukorrhea of damp-heat pouring downward syndromewere expounded by adopting the perspective of classifying symptoms, determining the deficiency and the virtual reality, observing the syndrome, adding and subtracting the prescription, distinguisheing the light and heavy, selecting the drugs, and so on. The major factors that causing the leukorrhea of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome are pathogenic dampness (patients often have asthenia and sthenia) are also clarified . Professor Qin Lilan is good ati using soup of clearing heat and removing dampness (which consists of Poria cocos 10 g, Phellodendron 10 g, Dioscorea spongiosa 10 g, Wine rhubarb 6 g, Gardenia jasminoides 10 g, Talc 10 g, Glycyrrhiza 6 g, Plantago 15 g (decocting wrapped medicines), Stem of armand clematis 6 g, Lotus seed 9 gand Euryale ferox 10 g) to treat leukorrhea of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome, and often obtain significant effect.
