摘要:
随着信息技术在医院的广泛使用，许多医院都使用电子病历系统对患者的病案进行管理，但是对于病案中首页 的管理却还停留在手工阶段，主要使用纸质或是电子表格的形式完成工作，这种方式耗时耗力，已经无法满足当下对于首页的 质量控制、疾病诊断的编码、首页的归档与解锁、首页数据的上报的要求。基于此，文章遵循相关规范以及医院的实际需求，设计并实现了具有首页同步、诊断编码、首页归档、首页督查、数据上报等功能的病案首页管理系统，以达到提高病案首页管 理效率、提升病案首页质量的目的。
Abstract:
With the widespread use of information technology in hospitals, many of them use electronic medical record system to manage patients’ medical records, but the management of the front page of medical records is still remaining in the manual stage, mainly in the form of paper or spreadsheet form to complete the work, which are time-consuming and labor-consuming, and can not meet the current needs of quality control, coding of disease diagnosis, filing and unlocking of home page, and reporting requirements of home page data. Based on this, this paper follows the relevant norms and the actual needs of the hospital, and designs and implements a medical record home page management system with the functions of home page synchronization, diagnostic coding, home page archiving, home page inspection, data reporting, etc., in order to improve the management efficiency of medical record home page and improve the quality of medical record home page.
