摘要:
科技金融政策是政府致力于推动科技和金融的融合而出台的一系列政策，各政策之间相互联系，相互影响。文章基于现有文本挖掘的基础，以广西作为研究对象，选取 2008 年至 2018 年出台的 140 份广西科技金融政策文件作为研究样本，通过词频分析、语义网络分析、中心性分析，探究广西科技金融政策的结构特征。研究发现，广西现有科技金融政策存在着供需主体双方不均衡、需求主体不明晰等问题，并提出调整科技金融政策结构、完善科技金融政策环境建设等建议。
Abstract:
Science and technology finance policy is a series of policies issued by the government to promote the integration ofscience and technology and finance. Based on existing text mining, this paper takes Guangxi as the research object, selects 140 Guangxiscience and technology finance policy documents issued from 2008 to 2018 as research samples, and researches the structuralcharacteristics of Guangxi science and technology finance policy through word frequency analysis, semantic network analysis andcentrality analysis. It is found that the existing policies of science and technology finance in Guangxi have some problems, such asimbalanced supply and demand subject, unclear demand subject and so on. Suggestions are put forward to adjust the policy structure ofscience and technology finance and improve the policy environment construction of science and technology finance.
