在日益激烈的电解二氧化锰市场竞争中,企业要可持续性发展,就必须赢得客户信任,其关键就是要为客户创造价值。文章分析了客户价值的内涵,阐述了通过树立“工作关系就是客户关系”的理念和构建低成本、全方位创新、绿色环保三个领先优势来构建为所有客户创造价值的经营模式,为电解二氧化锰生产企业的持续发展提供参考。
Abstract:
In the increasingly fierce competition of electrolytic manganese dioxide market, enterprises must win the trust of customersin order to achieve sustainable development. The key is to create value for customers. This paper analyzes the connotation of customervalue, expounds the business model of creating value for all customers by establishing the concept of "working relationship is customerrelationship" and building three leading advantages of low cost, all-round innovation and green environment protection, which can providereference for the sustainable development of electrolytic manganese dioxide production enterprises.
