摘要:
】目的 ：探研隔姜灸对脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床应用及作用机制。方法 ：从历史文献隔姜灸的起源和现今脾胃虚寒型胃痛隔姜灸运用文献着手，从临床应用和作用机制等方面进行文献分析和研究。结果：其多选督脉、任脉、足阳明胃经局部腧穴施术，多取温通经络、温脾散寒、扶正祛邪机理为指导；以及“调节整体、兼顾局部、择时施治、顺应变通”临床运用特点。结论：提示今后须从现代机理加强研究和方法运用等方面挖掘和创新。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the clinical application and mechanism of ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment ofgastralgia causing by deficiency of cold type of spleen and stomach.Methods: To review and analyze the literature about the clinicalapplication and mechanism through the origin of ginger-separated moxibustion on historical documents and the application ofginger-separated moxibustion in treating gastralgia causing by the deficiency of cold type of spleen and stomach on modern literature.Results: In the guidance of the views of Chinese traditional medicine and the clinical application characteristics, local acupoint at DuMeridian, Ren Meridian and Stomach Meridian was widely selected. It takes soothing the muscular region and dredge collaterals,warming the spleen and dispelling cold, and strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors as the guidance. It ischaracterized by improving local pathology by regulating holistic function, treating at proper time and temporizing to the nature.Conclusion: Starting with strengthening mechanism study and method application of ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment ofgastralgia causing by deficiency of cold type of spleen and stomach, the innovation is needed.
