摘要:
基于“一带一路”建设的背景，文章探讨了 “制糖生产技术与管理示范特色专业及实训基地” 建设的意义及创新点，论述了通过重新定位专业培养目标、改革教学方法、校企共建实训基地、构建多方联动的人才培养模式的建设思路，并展示了“制糖生产技术与管理示范特色专业及实训基地”建设取得丰硕成果。
Abstract:
Based on the background of the construction of “one belt and one road”, the article discusses the significance andinnovation of the construction of “Training Base and Model Characteristic Discipline of Sugar-Making”, and discusses the establishmentidea of talent training mode by repositioning the professional training objectives, reforming teaching methods, building a practical trainingbase for schools and enterprises, and building a multi linkage training mode. The achievements of the construction of “Training Base andModel Characteristic Discipline of Sugar-Making” were demonstrated.
