摘要:
周围性面瘫是由于茎乳突孔内面神经急性非化脓性炎症所引起的面肌麻痹。中医称之为“口僻”，常因机体正气不足、脉络空虚、卫外不固、外感风寒或风热所致。目前，针刺对该病的治疗有着突出的疗效，其通过对机体经络系统的调节，起到标本兼治的作用。文章就近年来针刺治疗周围性面瘫进行相关文献综述，分类总结了针刺疗法及针刺联合其他疗法在周围性面瘫治疗中的应用情况，为针刺在周围性面瘫的临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Peripheral facial paralysis is caused by acute non-suppurative inflammation of facial nerve in stylomastoid foramen, whichis called “koubei” in traditional Chinese medicine. The disease is often caused by insufficient body Qi, empty veins, unstable externaldefense, exogenous cold or wind-heat. At present, acupuncture has an outstanding effect on the treatment of this disease, which plays a rolein treating both symptoms and root causes by regulating the body’s meridian system.This article reviews the related literatures on thetreatment of peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture in recent years, and summarizes the application of acupuncture therapy andacupuncture combined with other therapies in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, so as to provide reference for the clinicaltreatment of peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture.
