文章简要叙述了动态扭矩和静态扭矩的区别，分析了链接方式对扭矩测量值的影响，展示了动态扭矩和静态扭矩在汽车紧固件螺栓检测中的应用，为选择合适的扭矩控制方案，提升汽车装配紧固件扭矩的合格率提供参考思路。
Abstract:
In this paper, the difference between dynamic torque and static torque were briefly described, the influence of link mode onthe measured value of torque was analyzed, the applications of dynamic torque and static torque in bolt detection of automotive fastenerswere showed, which provides a reference for selecting appropriate torque control scheme and improving the qualified rate of automotiveassembly fasteners.
