摘要:: 文章基于业务驱动模型（BMD）方法体系、工具集，以业务模型应用资源为主要目标对象，深入分析了 BMD在政府采购 OA 系统平台设计、构造、发布、集成、维护和管理中的应用。借助业务驱动模型，该应用完善了政府采购 OA 系统平台的电子评标、供应商诚信评价等功能，也提升了政府的采购信息化水平。

Abstract:: Based on the method system and tool set of Business Driven Model (BMD), this paper deeply analyses the application ofBMD in the design, construction, publication, integration, maintenance and management of government procurement OA system platform.With the help of BMD, the application improves the functions of electronic bidding evaluation and supplier integrity evaluation ofgovernment procurement OA system platform, and also improves the level of government procurement informatization.
