摘要:
为探索安全绩效评价的设计及应用，文章对行业、企业安全绩效现状进行分析，指出当前安全绩效评价存在重结果、轻过程的问题，通过设计目标、过程评价指标，引入目标管理，重点从人、物、管理三要素进行过程控制，以提高企业安全管理水平。
Abstract:
In order to explore the design and application of safety performance evaluation, this paper analyzed the current situation ofsafety performance evaluation in industry and enterprise, pointed out that there are problems in safety performance evaluation, such asemphasizing results rather than process. Through designing objectives and process evaluation indexes, goal management was introduced,focusing on the process control from three elements of human, material and management, to improve the level of enterprise safetymanagement.
